Generously apply to the nape of neck, (up into hairline), from ear to ear, then down to the “bump” in the back of your neck (C7/T1 vertebrae). Rub in well. Continue to apply around ears, on the skull behind the ears, to the front of neck, jaw (& thyroid area) down to just under the collar bone (thymus). Apply to temples and forehead, under chin and Rub in well.

Suggested application is at least twice a day or more as needed. Great to carry in your purse, backpack or briefcase for relief of everyday aches, pains and muscle soreness.

For more thorough application (and deeper relief): Apply Transdermal Roll-on down spine to the tailbone. Then “feather” out from the spine a few strokes of the roll-on (on each side of spine), along the angles of the ribs then hips/sacrum area. Massage the Transdermal Roll-on into the ribs and hips, and any pain points. Rub in well. Great on feet and hands too!
